Down to the wire

So we are down to the wire. If we do not have the final confirmation letter from the lender by Wednesday we lose the house and our down payment. No house, no money. So not wanting that to happen. I am wishing with all of my heart, my soul, and my being that the letter comes through. I'm not sure how I would be able to handle rejection of this magnitude. How to lose this dream. I'm not sure I can do it. Maybe Karma will be good to me. Maybe I will get to realize this dream of mine...Here's hoping.
