Hot Damn! Now we are gettin somewhere..

So the mortgage company called to "welcome me aboard". It's nice to know they are so customer service oriented. I thought that was wicked cool. I can't wait to tell to the loan processor next week. I can't believe they took the time out of their day to welcome me. It's just amazing - they are loaning me money to achieve one of my most heartfelt dreams (owning a home) AND they are making me feel like a human being and not just an application number. This company totally rocks and due to the fact that I am to sure I am allowed to mention their name I will not. Email me and I will give you a personally reference.

Everyone says that buying your first house is extremely stressful (and that is true) but without my realtor, Ed, and the mortgage company, and the lawyer (Ed's recommendation) this would have totally SUCKED. We had a realtor before Ed and she was the absolute worst. We did not gel and she just did not seem to "get" us. We owe the world and Karma a debt of gratitude for bringing Ed into our lives. Hopefully some day I can return the favor.

26 days until we move into our home. Our home...nothing has ever sounded so wonderful to me...EVER!
